A society without money and competitive pressure: the utopian AfrikaBurn Festival, the largest offshoot of the world-famous Burning Man, becomes the setting for a unique experiment. In the middle of the South African desert, a motley group of friends set up their LOVEBOX spaceship, which takes its visitors on a journey to the stars and into their inner selves. In the emptiness of space, two strangers meet for a few minutes and answer a question about love. Their gazes and conversations open a path into a community and lead to transformative self-knowledge. When the dust of the festival settles, the friends set out to bring the magic of the LOVEBOX into people's stressful everyday lives. But can the connection and openness they experience also exist outside the utopian fantasy?
